2. Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all physical and field-based marketing efforts. This includes managing dealer relationships, organizing trade exhibitions, coordinating promotional materials, and ensuring the brand stays visible and relevant in key markets. The role is hands-on and field-focused — ideal for someone who enjoys building connections and executing on-ground strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Developing traditional marketing plans tailored to the textile machinery industry

Building strong relationships with dealers and distributors

Organizing and participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

Managing marketing materials (brochures, product displays, banners, etc.)

Regular field visits and market feedback collection

Leading branding campaigns and overseeing regional promotions

Reporting campaign performance to management

3. Eligibility Criteria

Graduate of NTU or MBA in Marketing

4–5 years of relevant experience in traditional or B2B marketing

Prior work in the textile or industrial machinery sector preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with trade exhibitions, field campaigns, and print marketing

Willingness to travel frequently

Familiarity with regional dealer networks is a plus
