Job Description
Mosaique is offering an exciting opportunity for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduates (2025 batch) to start their professional careers in Japan. The program is designed to provide technical training, language proficiency, and cultural preparation to ensure smooth integration into Japanese workplaces.
Key aspects of the program include:
- Technical Upskilling: Hands-on training in high-demand domains including CAD, Catia V5, Embedded Systems, and IoT. Graduates will learn practical applications and tools relevant to engineering projects in Japan.
- Japanese Language Training: Courses covering JLPT N4 or higher level, business Japanese, and conversational skills (Kaiwa) to ensure effective communication with colleagues and clients in Japan.
- On-site Training (India-based): Candidates undergo initial in-person training to practice technical skills and language proficiency before moving to Japan.
- Client Introductions: Upon successful completion of training tests and practical evaluations, graduates will be introduced to clients in Japan for potential employment.
