Available Positions
1. Mechanical Technician
Job Description
The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed manufacturing systems. The primary goal of this role is to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
The selected candidate will handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities, mechanical repairs, equipment alignment, and fault diagnostics. Expertise in high-speed production machinery, particularly within the printing and packaging industry, will be highly valued.
Eligibility Criteria
- DAE (Mechanical).
- 2–3 years of maintenance experience (preferably in Printing & Packaging industry).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for high-speed manufacturing systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain operational continuity.
2. Electrical Engineer
Job Description
The Electrical Engineer will manage electrical maintenance, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting activities within the manufacturing facility. The role involves maintaining motor control systems, electrical panels, and PLC-based automation systems.
The candidate will support operational reliability by quickly diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, ensuring smooth production processes. Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments will be considered an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (Mandatory).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG).
- Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLC diagnostics and motor control systems.
- Ability to maintain compliance with safety standards.
3. Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will oversee mechanical maintenance activities, including equipment alignment, system optimization, and high-speed machinery troubleshooting. The role focuses on maximizing production efficiency and reducing downtime in industrial manufacturing operations.
The candidate will collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance gaps and implement technical improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (Mandatory).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG).
