Job Description
The MTO / Officer / Assistant Manager Marketing will play a critical role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Kohinoor Mills’ position in the textile industry. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, ensuring that marketing campaigns align with business objectives and customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in the creation and execution of marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth targets.
- Conducting in-depth market research to understand target markets, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging textile trends.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company’s textile dyeing and fabric products in local and international markets.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and R&D, to ensure marketing initiatives are fully aligned with overall business operations.
- Monitoring industry developments, analyzing market data, and preparing performance reports to inform decision-making and future strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or MBA (Marketing) from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:
