2. Job Description
Dy. Shift Manager – Production

AM Electrical
Manages preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, including furnaces, CCM, induction furnaces, transformers, and auxiliary equipment. The role focuses on maintaining proper function of HV/LV systems, motors, sensors, and switchgear, while ensuring continuous improvements in performance.
Shift Engineer – Electrical
Leads the electrical maintenance team during shift operations. Responsibilities include managing equipment such as transformers, motors, VFDs, switchgear, and power distribution systems. The role involves tracking equipment performance and managing spare parts during the shift.
Head of Department – Mechanical
A leadership position for candidates with 15 years of experience. This role includes managing engineers and supervisors, developing maintenance schedules for equipment such as furnaces, rolling mills, cranes, and pumps, managing maintenance budgets, and coordinating across production, electrical, and QA teams.
