Job Description

TEKHQS is hiring for the following positions:

Customer Incident Manager

  • Position Available: 1
  • Experience Required: 8+ years
  • Responsible for managing and resolving customer incidents efficiently.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to address technical issues and escalations.
  • Monitor incident tracking systems, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients regarding incident updates and resolutions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Support Enablement & Operations Specialist

  • Position Available: 1
  • Experience Required: 5+ years
  • Assist in operational processes, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.
  • Coordinate training and enablement programs for support teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Handle process documentation, reporting, and analysis to support leadership decisions.

Both roles require professionals capable of working independently, adhering to U.S. business timings, and maintaining high-quality output in a remote environment. TEKHQS values attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for TEKHQS positions must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • Customer Incident Manager: 8+ years in incident management or related operations.
    • Support Enablement & Operations Specialist: 5+ years in operational support or enablement roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent communication skills for client and internal team interactions.
    • Familiarity with operational processes, incident management systems, and workflow tools.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work remotely following U.S. business timings.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Location

Remote, Pakistan

Employees will work from home while coordinating with global teams during U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday.
