Job Description

The Junior Executive/Supervisor (CBU) role is designed for professionals with a background in business administration and management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising operations related to the CBU, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with organizational standards. Tasks may include managing staff, coordinating with different departments, preparing reports, and maintaining workflow efficiency. The role demands individuals who can handle administrative responsibilities while also contributing to strategic operational planning. The second opportunity is for the position of Supervisor of Mess/Club. This role requires individuals with knowledge and experience in hospitality and hotel management. The supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the mess or officers’ club, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Duties will include overseeing staff, managing resources, maintaining discipline, and coordinating events or gatherings. The third position available is Physical Training Instructor (PTI). This role is primarily targeted towards retired Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) from the Pakistan Army who have specialized training in physical education. Additional responsibilities may include organizing sports activities, training events, and promoting physical well-being among employees. Experience as a physical education instructor in well-known schools such as Army Public School, Fauji Foundation Schools, or Beaconhouse will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
For the Junior Executive/Supervisor (CBU) role, candidates must hold a BBA or MBA degree from an HEC-recognized university. In addition, applicants must have three to five years of relevant post-qualification experience at a reputable organization. Strong communication skills, administrative ability, and leadership qualities are essential. Ex-servicemen with relevant experience and qualifications are also eligible.
For the Supervisor Mess/Club position, candidates must have at least an intermediate qualification, with preference given to those holding a degree or diploma in hotel management. Applicants should also have a minimum of five years of experience in hotel management or in managing officers’ clubs or messes. Ex-servicemen who have managed similar facilities during their service will be preferred. Candidates must demonstrate skills in hospitality management, resource planning, and team supervision.
For the Physical Training Instructor (PTI) role, retired NCOs from the Pakistan Army are eligible. Applicants must hold certified qualifications in physical education from the Army Physical Training School in Kakul or equivalent. Experience as a physical education teacher in reputable institutions such as Beaconhouse, Army Public School, or Fauji Foundation Schools will be an advantage. Candidates should have the ability to train individuals, maintain discipline, and promote fitness within the organization.
