Job Description

The MIA Group of Companies is currently offering multiple job openings across different technical and operational roles. Manager Technical

The Manager Technical will lead the engineering and operations teams, overseeing project execution, resource management, and client coordination. This role involves planning, designing, and implementing HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards. The manager will also provide technical leadership, evaluate project feasibility, and ensure smooth coordination between site teams and management.

Supervisors

Supervisors will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, monitoring technicians’ work, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to engineering standards. They will oversee installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including ducting, chillers, compressors, and ventilation units. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and experience in managing teams under pressure.

Technicians

Eligibility Criteria

For Manager Technical

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC project management or technical operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of system design, project planning, and budget control.
Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors efficiently.

For Supervisors

Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC specialization.
At least 4–6 years of experience in site supervision, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and system schematics.
Good communication and coordination skills for managing technical teams.

For Technicians

DAE or relevant technical certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
Minimum of 2–3 years of practical experience in HVAC servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of refrigerant cycles, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage on-site operations.

For Assistant Technicians and Helpers

Basic education (Matric or Intermediate level) with an interest in technical work.
Prior experience in assisting technicians will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
Willingness to learn and adapt to technical tasks and site conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.

For Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Ability to handle clients professionally and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
