The Frontier Works Organization is hiring for a wide range of positions for its N-25 Road Tunnel Project. Each role is critical to the successful completion of the project, and responsibilities vary by seniority and technical expertise.

Senior and Mid-Level Positions (Serial 1–18):

  1. Project Manager – Responsible for overall project execution, planning, financial management, resource allocation, and team supervision. Requires extensive experience in civil engineering or project management.
  2. Assistant Finance Manager – Manages financial operations, budgeting, and cost control within the project. Coordinates with the senior management team to ensure financial compliance.
  3. Assistant Manager (IPC/Billing) – Handles billing, cost reporting, and payment management. Maintains detailed records of project expenditures.
  4. Deputy Project Manager – Supports project management activities, oversees technical operations, and ensures timeline adherence.
  5. Material Engineer – Manages material procurement, inventory control, and quality assurance of construction materials.
  6. Mining Engineer – Responsible for geological assessment, excavation planning, and safety compliance within mining and tunneling operations.

These roles are essential for operational execution and include: Excavator Operators, Tunnel Utility Vehicle Operators, Blasting Team (Fillers & Blasters), Welders, Steel Fixers, Jumbo Operators, Bowser Drivers, Rock Bolters, Grout Pump Operators, Tractor Trolley Drivers, Wire Mesh Spreader/Fixer, Shotcrete Operators, Nozzleman/Hopper Assistants, Drillers, TM Drivers, Sheet Spreader/Layer, Plumbers, Carpenters, Electricians, Nail Gun Operators, Scaffolders, Mason, Helpers, Shuttering Carpenters, Concrete Pump Operators, Fabrication Foremen, Steel Benders, and Lath Machinists.

Responsibilities include operating machinery safely, executing technical tasks according to plans, maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting project engineers in daily field operations. Candidates are expected to have relevant skill-based training, certifications, or practical experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility varies depending on the position:

Senior & Mid-Level Positions:

  • Minimum 5–16 years of relevant experience depending on the role
  • Educational qualifications from BSc/BTech, MSc/MS, or MBA depending on the position
