Job Offering Company Introduction

Zonergy is a globally recognized Chinese multinational corporation (MNC) leading the way in solar energy solutions across Asia and Africa. Established in 2007, Zonergy has consistently delivered innovative and large-scale solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services to support sustainable development and energy security. The company operates with a clear mission—to harness clean energy to meet the rising demand for power in emerging economies through technical excellence, operational reliability, and responsible environmental stewardship.

In Pakistan, Zonergy gained widespread acclaim through its contribution to the country’s largest solar power project—the Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park in Bahawalpur, which initially involved 100 MW and was later expanded. This solar facility marked a historic achievement in the region’s energy landscape and stands as a testament to Zonergy’s commitment to empowering the nation’s renewable energy goals.

As a professional Solar EPC contractor, Zonergy offers end-to-end services that include design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance of solar power plants. The company has strategically localized its operations in Pakistan by forming a robust presence in various cities through regional offices, remote command centers, and dedicated O&M field teams. This localization effort has not only fostered employment opportunities but also ensured seamless after-sales service and real-time performance monitoring of power generation facilities.

Zonergy’s operational philosophy revolves around four critical pillars:

  1. Technical Expertise – Utilizing world-class equipment and SCADA systems to monitor solar power generation and grid integration 24/7.
  2. HSE Excellence – Maintaining international health, safety, and environmental standards across all operational sites.
  3. Workforce Development – Investing in the training and growth of local engineers and technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and capacity building.
  4. Sustainability & Social Responsibility – Reducing carbon emissions while contributing to energy equity for underserved regions.

Globally, Zonergy operates in multiple regions with successful projects in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, focusing on solar farms, off-grid hybrid systems, and distributed photovoltaic solutions. In Pakistan, the company’s goal extends beyond project delivery—it aims to build a reliable, self-sustaining renewable energy ecosystem.

With an eye on long-term energy security and ecological well-being, Zonergy is continuously expanding its operations. The company is now hiring a highly skilled Operation and Maintenance Engineer for its Bahawalpur-based solar power plant to help maintain optimal performance and address technical challenges on the ground.
