Operator – Plant Gas in Qatar
Hiring for a leading Utility Services Company in Qatar, specializing in gas distribution and plant operations. The company is committed to delivering safe and efficient utility services while maintaining high industry standards.
Looking for an Operator – Plant Gas to join their team. The role involves handling gas distribution utilities, working with SNG Plant Systems, and ensuring smooth operations of plant equipment, including PLC systems. The operator will also be responsible for monitoring plant activities and responding to system alerts in the control room as per guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the SNG Plant System and PLC System to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of gas distribution systems.
Maintain accurate records of plant operations and report any irregularities.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines in all plant operations.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure system efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in gas distribution utilities/contractors and SNG Plant System operations in GCC.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation and gas distribution systems.
Experience in control room operations and plant monitoring.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
