Job Description
The Siemens Associate Program is a one-year structured training initiative aimed at equipping fresh graduates with practical industry experience. Trainees will receive hands-on training from experts in their respective fields and participate in structured learning to bridge the gap between theory and practice. By the end of the program, successful candidates will have the opportunity to secure permanent positions within Siemens.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Education:
Recent graduate from an HEC-approved local or foreign university, with graduation not exceeding one year from the date of examination.
OR currently enrolled in a Master’s/professional program at an HEC-approved institution.
Preferred Majors:
Engineering: Electrical, Electronic (Power/Energy specialization), Mechanical, Material, Industrial.
Business & Finance: BBA, ACCA, CA, MBA.
IT & Data Science: Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
Location: Positions are available in Karachi and Lahore.
Skills Required:
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Self-learning ability and an investigative mindset.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
