Job Description
The Performance Engineer will be responsible for a wide range of activities, from detailed performance modeling to fleet-level monitoring and customer project delivery. The role involves:
- Conducting performance analysis and thermodynamic modeling of gas turbine components and systems.
- Supporting sales and order execution, ensuring competitive performance solutions for customers.
- Participating in Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to identify the underlying reasons for failures or performance issues in gas turbines.
- Engaging in R&D projects to create new technical solutions, products, and cycles that will strengthen Siemens Energy’s product portfolio.
- Developing new methods for thermodynamic modeling that enhance calculation and monitoring capabilities.
- Working on performance monitoring for gas turbine fleets, ensuring data-driven follow-ups that deliver value to customers.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements to be considered for the Performance Engineer role:
