Job Description

The Plant & Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production facility at Cravy Fries’ Lahore plant. The role includes managing daily operations, supervising production staff, and ensuring all production targets are met on time.

Key responsibilities include planning and monitoring production schedules, optimizing workflows, and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. The Plant & Production Manager will enforce strict adherence to food safety and quality standards, ensuring that all products meet both regulatory and company requirements.

Other responsibilities include analyzing production data, implementing process improvements, coordinating with supply chain teams for raw material availability, and maintaining accurate production records. The manager will also ensure that health, safety, and environmental protocols are followed within the plant and will lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain cost-effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Food Engineering. A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in food production or FMCG operations is required, with demonstrated expertise in managing production teams and quality control processes.

Applicants should have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively, and a solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
