Job Description

The Procurement Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting pre-bid processes and ensuring competitive procurement solutions. A typical day will involve analyzing supplier quotations, performing detailed techno-commercial evaluations, and preparing summaries to assist the Project Procurement Manager in decision-making. The candidate will be expected to work closely with vendors, evaluate their technical and commercial offerings, and ensure that all proposals align with project requirements and specifications.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining records of supplier quotes, analyzing historical pricing data, and benchmarking costs for future reference. The role will also involve understanding RFQ requirements, reviewing technical documents, and supporting procurement-related decision-making in alignment with engineering and project goals.

This position provides exposure to commodities such as motors, gearboxes, Vorecon, VSDs, generators, air coolers, anti-surge valves, couplings, dry gas seals, and pressure vessels. The Procurement Analyst will also handle ad-hoc analytical requests and provide accurate data insights that shape procurement strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the role of Procurement Analyst, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
