Job Description
The Production Engineer will play a central role in ensuring operational efficiency, quality assurance, and process optimization within the assembly and production departments. The engineer will be responsible for monitoring production performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all manufacturing activities align with company standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and Report: Track production performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports through ERP systems to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
- Optimize Processes: Review assembly processes and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce operational waste.
- Resource Management: Plan manpower allocation effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while minimizing fatigue and maintaining workflow balance.
- Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, identify inefficiencies, and develop corrective and preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operations in the painting department aligned with SOPs and international quality standards.
- Monitor and improve production quality while resolving process bottlenecks.
- Guarantee all paint and coating applications meet the required specifications.
