Job Description

The Production Engineer will play a central role in ensuring operational efficiency, quality assurance, and process optimization within the assembly and production departments. This position requires a results-oriented individual with strong analytical, technical, and managerial skills who can adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The engineer will be responsible for monitoring production performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all manufacturing activities align with company standards and customer requirements. From planning manpower to overseeing equipment maintenance and quality control, the Production Engineer will ensure the plant operates with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Report: Track production performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports through ERP systems to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Optimize Processes: Review assembly processes and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce operational waste.
  • Resource Management: Plan manpower allocation effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while minimizing fatigue and maintaining workflow balance.
  • Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, identify inefficiencies, and develop corrective and preventive measures.
  • Coordination and Support: Collaborate closely with maintenance teams to ensure machinery, tools, and production equipment remain in excellent condition and operational readiness.
  • Training and Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operations in the painting department aligned with SOPs and international quality standards.
  • Monitor and improve production quality while resolving process bottlenecks.
  • Guarantee all paint and coating applications meet the required specifications.
  • Develop and refine painting techniques to improve efficiency and reduce material waste.
