Job Description

The Production Engineer – Assembly will play a key role in supporting day-to-day assembly line operations within the manufacturing plant. The position focuses on ensuring that production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational discipline.

The engineer will work closely with assembly supervisors and line teams to monitor daily production activities. This includes tracking output, identifying delays, and supporting corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted workflow across the assembly line.

A major responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with quality standards. The engineer will assist in identifying assembly issues, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures in coordination with quality teams.
