Job Description
We are looking for a Production Incharge to oversee manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and meeting production targets. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage production and manufacturing processes.
Maintain production documentation and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure that production targets are met efficiently.
Oversee quality control and process improvements.
Lead and coordinate with the production team for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineer, BBA, or MBA.
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing.
Skills Required:
Strong observation and leadership skills.
Ability to meet production targets and ensure smooth workflow.
Proficiency in Excel and documentation.
