Job Description
The Project Coordinator / Post Processor – RF Project position is central to Talkpool’s operational success. This role involves coordinating multiple technical teams, managing logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring all deliverables meet company and client expectations. It demands a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
The role bridges the gap between engineering execution and project administration. The Project Coordinator ensures that all elements of an RF deployment project — from fieldwork to data collection and reporting — are aligned, documented, and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Support:
Assist the Project Manager in initiating, planning, and monitoring the execution of multiple RF projects. These may include new cell site deployments, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), network modernization initiatives, and small-cell rollouts. The coordinator will ensure that each project aligns with client objectives and Talkpool’s quality standards.
2. Scheduling & Logistics:
Coordinate field resources, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure that the right teams and tools are available at the right time. Oversee logistics related to RF testing equipment, antennas, and other hardware, ensuring timely delivery and return.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and change requests. Keep all project information up to date in internal systems. Prepare weekly progress summaries and ensure accurate data tracking across all assigned projects.
4. Communication Hub:
Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (RF Engineers, Field Technicians, Project Managers) and external partners (vendors and clients). Maintain transparent communication to prevent misunderstandings and delays.
5. Quality Assurance:
Assist in maintaining Talkpool’s quality control standards. Ensure all fieldwork and deliverables adhere to safety regulations, project specifications, and company guidelines.
6. Issue Tracking:
Monitor project progress to identify any potential risks, technical issues, or logistical bottlenecks. Maintain an issue log and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve challenges promptly.
7. Meeting Coordination:
Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on agreed action points. Ensure accountability and clarity in project communication.
8. Client Interaction:
Support client reporting requirements by preparing progress updates, data summaries, and completion reports. Ensure clients are informed and confident in project progress and quality.
9. RF Post-Processing Support:
Assist RF Engineers in post-processing of drive test data, analyzing network performance, and compiling reports using tools such as TEMS, Atoll, or similar RF software.
10. Project Compliance:
Ensure all project activities comply with safety, environmental, and legal standards applicable to the telecommunications industry.

Eligibility Criteria

Education
