2. Job Description
Position Title: Project Engineer
Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar Projects)
Type: Full-Time
As a Project Engineer at E CUBE, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects. The role requires an understanding of engineering principles, practical software skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You will work closely with the project management team, design engineers, and field technicians to ensure quality and timely completion of solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, layout, and technical drawings for solar systems using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare documentation and engineering reports
- Conduct site surveys and analyze technical feasibility for solar installations
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with contractors
- Monitor on-site work and ensure alignment with design and safety standards
- Support procurement planning and documentation handling
- Generate project updates and assist in client communication when required
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

3. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS Engineering) from an HEC-recognized university
- Degree specialization in Electrical, Energy, Renewable, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in solar energy or renewable energy projects
- Hands-on exposure to rooftop or ground-mounted solar installations is desirable
- Internship or project work in the solar industry may be considered for exceptional candidates
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD for creating technical drawings and layouts
- Working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling and design visualization
- Familiarity with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, solar schematics, and site plans
