Job Description
Automate International is hiring a Proposal Engineer for its Industrial Automation division at its Lahore office located in New Garden Town. This role is designed for engineers who have a strong understanding of automation systems and enjoy working on technical proposals, cost estimations, and tender documentation. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting business development activities through accurate and well-structured proposals.
As a Proposal Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for studying client inquiries, tenders, and project requirements in detail. This includes reviewing technical specifications, drawings, datasheets, and scope documents to understand the automation requirements of each project. The role requires translating client needs into practical automation solutions that align with both technical feasibility and cost constraints.
The Proposal Engineer will prepare complete technical and commercial proposals, including Bills of Quantities, cost breakdowns, technical specifications, compliance statements, and supporting documentation. Strong instrumentation knowledge is critical, as the role involves selecting suitable field instruments, control systems, and automation components based on project requirements.
Coordination is an important part of this position. The Proposal Engineer will work closely with internal engineering teams to confirm system architecture, instrumentation selection, and control strategies. Eligibility Criteria
