Job Description

The Purchaser (Technical) at Qadri Group is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for technical materials, both local and imported. Key responsibilities include sourcing reliable suppliers and vendors, floating inquiries, collecting quotations, and preparing comparative statements to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.

The role requires conducting negotiations with vendors to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards. The Purchaser will manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, track order statuses, follow up on pending deliveries, and coordinate with stores, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth procurement cycle. Preparing and processing purchase orders according to company policy and approvals is a critical part of the role.

Additionally, the Purchaser will handle rejected or returned items, ensure timely replacements, and arrange transportation of materials with logistical support. The position demands strong technical understanding, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication to handle daily procurement tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold at least an I.Com or relevant qualification. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field is required. Applicants should have experience in sourcing technical materials, vendor evaluation, and cost negotiation.
