Job Description

The QC Engineer at Precision Surgical Industries Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s strict quality requirements before reaching customers. This position plays a central role in maintaining product consistency, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of metal sheet components used in surgical instrument production.
Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
Could you identify and report any surface defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from approved samples and drawings?
Implement corrective actions for recurring quality issues in coordination with the production team.
Maintain inspection records, test data, and documentation in compliance with internal quality management systems.
Collaborate with production engineers to enhance quality assurance processes and reduce manufacturing defects.
Participate in internal audits and contribute to the company’s compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
Ensure that all inspections are performed according to defined sampling plans and work instructions.
Monitor process performance and prepare quality performance reports for management review.
Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformities and suggest preventive measures.
Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming materials meet quality expectations.
