Job Offering Company Introduction

Human Capital HR Solutions is a talent acquisition and workforce management firm operating in Pakistan, with its core services focused on bridging the gap between companies and skilled professionals. With a growing portfolio of clients, the firm has developed a reputation for quality hiring practices, transparent communication, and industry-aligned workforce solutions. Over the years, Human Capital HR Solutions has worked with both local and international companies in a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, energy, finance, and services.

The company operates as a specialized HR consultancy that not only matches resumes to job descriptions but also works closely with organizations to understand their business goals, operational needs, and long-term talent strategies. Through this approach, Human Capital HR Solutions provides recruitment, executive search, and staffing services tailored to each organization’s context. It acts as an HR partner for many of its clients, helping to streamline the hiring process, manage compliance, and onboard professionals who can immediately add value.

Human Capital was founded on the principle that human resources are at the center of every company’s success. That belief guides its operational model. Instead of focusing only on skills and education, Human Capital also assesses work attitudes, adaptability, learning potential, and communication. This allows their team to offer employers a well-rounded candidate profile—one that fits not just the role but also the company’s culture.

Within Pakistan, Human Capital HR Solutions is best known for supplying high-demand professionals in technical fields such as automotive engineering, mechanical maintenance, quality control, logistics, procurement, and production planning. Its recruiters are trained to understand the complex requirements of such sectors, which makes them effective at identifying candidates who meet both the technical and soft-skill demands of these roles.

In 2025, the company continues to grow its footprint by working with both multinational corporations and local enterprises seeking skilled talent for key positions. For job seekers, the firm offers a gateway into top-tier companies that provide competitive salaries, structured growth, and long-term employment. The organization’s commitment to transparency, follow-up, and candidate support has earned it credibility among professionals looking for serious, career-building roles rather than short-term employment.

As the demand for technically skilled roles grows in the automotive and manufacturing sector, Human Capital HR Solutions is positioning itself to respond to this challenge with a network of engineers, technicians, project coordinators, and operational support personnel who are ready to deliver. In line with this mission, the company is now hiring for a Quality Engineer on behalf of one of its partner companies operating in the automotive sector. The role is based in Karachi at Port Qasim and is designed for professionals looking to build a career in automotive manufacturing, quality assurance, or research and development.

With strong industry connections, access to niche talent pools, and an experienced internal team, Human Capital HR Solutions is continuing to make a measurable impact on both the recruitment process and the lives of professionals across Pakistan. Its values of integrity, fairness, and efficiency remain central to its business model, as it builds long-term relationships in the ever-changing world of employment and hiring.

Job Description

The role of a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry is central to ensuring that vehicles, components, and systems meet safety, performance, and durability standards. At Human Capital HR Solutions, this opportunity offers fresh and early-career engineers the chance to join a fast-moving environment where they will work with cross-functional teams involved in manufacturing, testing, and continuous process improvement. The position is for a client company operating in the automotive sector with operations located at Port Qasim, Karachi.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring production processes, evaluating product quality, investigating process issues, and assisting in implementing solutions to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. The individual will participate in daily quality checks, routine audits, and inspections, and will work closely with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve non-conformities. This hands-on experience will provide a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle in an automotive manufacturing setting.

Daily duties will include inspecting incoming materials and components, ensuring they meet specifications, as well as reviewing production line operations to identify variances or potential quality risks. The engineer will use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection equipment to evaluate dimensions and tolerances. Proper documentation will be a key part of the role, with the candidate expected to maintain detailed quality records, deviation reports, and root cause analyses.

In terms of standards, the engineer will work under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 frameworks, supporting quality management initiatives and audit readiness. Training will be provided for internal systems and compliance requirements. The role may also include exposure to Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement tools like cause-effect diagrams, FMEA, and statistical process control charts.

The engineer will assist in setting up quality protocols for new product lines or updated specifications, collaborating with design and R&D teams to integrate quality into early-stage product development. The individual will also handle supplier quality issues by working with procurement and vendors to address defects or delivery concerns. Communication will be vital, with the engineer expected to regularly report findings, suggest improvements, and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.

This is a full-time, on-site position that may involve working on rotating shifts, especially if the client operates 24/7 production lines. The working environment will be a combination of office and shop floor, requiring strict adherence to safety standards and personal protective equipment policies. The successful candidate will gain a well-rounded experience in both technical problem-solving and real-world manufacturing challenges.

Overall, this position is well-suited for individuals who are hands-on, analytical, and eager to grow in a structured engineering role within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the position of Quality Engineer in the automotive industry through Human Capital HR Solutions, candidates must meet certain educational, experiential, and interpersonal criteria. While this opportunity is ideal for individuals with up to three years of industry experience, fresh graduates with a relevant educational background and internship exposure in related fields are also encouraged to apply.

The educational requirement includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Degrees from HEC-recognized universities are mandatory, and preference will be given to graduates from reputable public or private sector institutions with strong academic standing.

In terms of experience, candidates should ideally have between six months to three years of practical exposure in the automotive sector. This includes roles in production, quality assurance, quality control, research and development, or maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Candidates with internship experience in the same areas, especially in Tier-1 auto vendors or OEM-related facilities, will have an advantage.

Hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly lines, quality audits, or inspection systems is necessary. Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection instruments will be highly regarded. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting engineering drawings, part specifications, and tolerance documentation. Basic knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 will strengthen a candidate’s profile.

In addition to technical skills, strong communication and reporting abilities are required. The selected candidate will be expected to prepare quality reports, write inspection summaries, and present non-conformity data to supervisors. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be useful for documentation and presentation purposes.

Interpersonal skills are critical, as the engineer will interact with colleagues in production, procurement, and supplier coordination. A willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced industrial setting will be key to success in this role. The company is also looking for individuals who demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both independently and within teams.

Applicants must be legally allowed to work in Pakistan and be available for full-time, on-site employment in Karachi. Due to the location of the plant at Port Qasim, candidates should be willing to commute or relocate. The ability to travel within city limits for site visits or supplier audits will be an additional advantage.

Preference may be given to candidates who have worked with Japanese or European manufacturing practices, Kaizen, or lean manufacturing projects during their education or work experience. Certifications in quality control or Six Sigma (if available) will enhance the application but are not mandatory.

Overall, Human Capital HR Solutions is looking for candidates who combine academic knowledge with practical exposure and who are motivated to build a long-term career in the automotive manufacturing sector through this entry-to-mid-level opportunity.
