Job Description
The Quality Engineer will be directly responsible for inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of low-voltage electrical distribution boards (DBs), panels, and transformers. This role requires both technical precision and analytical thinking to ensure that products meet the company’s high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting inspection and quality checks on electrical distribution boards, panels, and transformers before deployment.
- Ensuring that all electrical systems comply with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Performing routine and preventive testing of low-voltage electrical equipment.
- Troubleshooting faults and identifying root causes in DBs, panels, and transformers.
- Working with the engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Preparing inspection and testing reports for internal use and client submissions.
- Maintaining proper documentation of quality control processes.
- Assisting in the development of testing procedures and improving inspection protocols for higher efficiency.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety.
The position will require strong communication and collaboration skills, as the Quality Engineer will often coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and field technicians.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience in inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of low-voltage electrical DBs, panels, and transformers.
- Technical Skills:
