Job Offering Company Introduction
SunSaviour is a renewable energy equipment manufacturer headquartered in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Founded in 2023, the company operates within the renewable energy solutions sector, focusing on solar power systems, inverter technology, lithium-ion batteries, and energy management solutions tailored specifically for the Pakistani market.
SunSaviour positions itself not just as a technology company but as a contributor to Pakistan’s energy stability. The country’s power grid faces challenges such as voltage fluctuations, load shedding, frequency instability, and infrastructure constraints. SunSaviour designs its products with these realities in mind, ensuring compatibility with local grid behavior rather than relying solely on international assumptions.
The company specializes in solar panel design and manufacturing, energy storage systems, inverter technology, grid-connected systems, and off-grid renewable solutions. Its work covers residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations. By addressing energy efficiency optimization and monitoring, SunSaviour aims to improve both reliability and performance across installed systems.
One of the company’s technical priorities is safety. Its inverter systems include advanced two-way safety protection mechanisms that guard against overload conditions, short circuits, and voltage irregularities. These safeguards are critical in regions where grid instability can damage equipment or disrupt performance. By focusing on electrical protection and durability, SunSaviour works to prolong system lifespan while maintaining consistent operation.
Research and development play a central role in the company’s growth strategy. SunSaviour is currently expanding its R&D department to support the development of the AI-based Mega Safety Chip Version 2. This project aims to enhance inverter intelligence, improve system-level diagnostics, and integrate advanced monitoring capabilities using artificial intelligence and embedded technologies.
The AI-based Mega Safety Chip is intended to go beyond traditional protective circuits. Instead of only reacting to electrical faults, it is designed to predict potential instability, identify abnormal patterns, and respond proactively to protect energy systems. This shift toward intelligent safety systems reflects broader trends in renewable energy integration, where embedded control systems and AI-assisted monitoring are becoming increasingly important.
SunSaviour’s R&D team collaborates across hardware design, embedded firmware, AI modeling, and system-level integration. Engineers and researchers work on real prototypes, conduct simulations, and validate systems under local grid conditions. Because the company focuses on locally relevant solutions, its R&D work often addresses challenges unique to Pakistan’s infrastructure.
The current hiring drive seeks talented individuals who are passionate about innovation and AI-driven hardware solutions. Candidates joining this team will contribute directly to next-generation inverter technology and smart energy protection systems.
For professionals interested in renewable energy, embedded systems, and AI integration, this opportunity provides exposure to product-oriented development within a growing technology company focused on local impact.
Job Description
The new team members joining SunSaviour’s R&D department will work on the development and enhancement of the AI-based Mega Safety Chip Version 2.
The role involves contributing to the design, testing, and optimization of intelligent safety mechanisms embedded within inverter systems. Engineers will participate in both hardware and software development cycles.
Responsibilities may include working on embedded firmware development for microcontrollers used within inverter control boards. This involves writing efficient, modular code capable of handling sensor data acquisition, system monitoring, and protective responses.
Candidates will also assist in integrating AI algorithms capable of analyzing voltage patterns, load behavior, temperature readings, and system stress indicators. The goal of these algorithms is to detect early warning signs of instability and automatically trigger preventive actions.
Prototyping forms an important part of the job. Team members will help build and test circuit boards, integrate sensors, and evaluate system performance under simulated grid disturbances.
Debugging hardware-software interactions is critical. Engineers must analyze issues related to signal noise, incorrect sampling rates, calibration errors, or unstable firmware execution.
The role may also involve improving fault detection logic within inverter systems, enhancing dual-layer protection mechanisms, and refining response time for safety interrupts.
Testing and validation processes will require monitoring system behavior under overload conditions, short circuit simulations, and voltage fluctuation scenarios. Accurate data logging and reporting will be essential.
Collaboration with cross-functional departments such as manufacturing and quality assurance will ensure that developed solutions can transition from prototypes to production.
Documentation will be required for firmware architecture, control flow diagrams, and test results.
Candidates may also participate in performance optimization tasks to reduce power consumption and improve system efficiency.
Overall, the job focuses on intelligent inverter system development with an emphasis on AI-driven safety and reliability improvements tailored for Pakistan’s grid conditions.
