Position Title: Sales Engineer – Lighting Control Automation (LCA)

Clipsal Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd is inviting applications from fresh Electronics and Electrical Engineering graduates for the position of Sales Engineer – Lighting Control Automation (LCA). This role is designed for individuals who are eager to enter the field of smart building technologies, lighting automation, and IoT-enabled control systems.
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and customer needs. The role involves learning technical sales processes, understanding lighting automation products, and supporting project execution under the guidance of senior engineers. You will also engage with clients, contractors, and consultants to develop customized smart lighting solutions that meet modern design and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate potential leads and explore new business opportunities in the lighting automation sector.
- Assist senior sales and engineering teams in technical sales for Lighting Control & Automation (LCA) solutions.
- Support project workflows from proposal and design to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective and technically robust solutions.
- Engage directly with consultants, contractors, and clients to understand system requirements and provide support during implementation.
- Learn to create proposals, technical documentation, and product presentations.
