Job Description

The Sales Engineer (Mechanical) role at Mubadara Engineering Services offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career engineers to combine technical expertise with client-facing skills. The position is full-time and based in Jordan, with the expectation of travel within the country and occasionally abroad to meet clients, attend trainings, or represent the company at industry events.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in promoting and selling mechanical solutions, particularly in the area of valve systems and related components. This involves understanding client requirements, providing tailored technical recommendations, and ensuring smooth coordination between the client, technical team, and manufacturers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling mechanical engineering solutions, focusing on industrial valve systems.
  • Identifying potential clients and understanding their operational requirements.
  • Conducting product presentations and technical demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient proposal development.
  • Preparing detailed quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in line with client needs and industry standards.
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including after-sales follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria

Preferred but not mandatory qualifications include prior sales experience in industrial products, knowledge of mechanical drawings, and an understanding of procurement processes in industrial sectors.
