Job Description
The SCADA Specialist (Design & Installation) role at Apex Nusantara is tailored for experienced engineers in industrial automation who are responsible for designing, configuring, installing, and commissioning SCADA systems and automation solutions. This role focuses on fuel storage terminals, jetty operations, workshops, and weighbridge automation, providing a wide-ranging exposure to industrial automation projects.
Key responsibilities include developing SCADA architectures, control philosophies, and automation workflow diagrams. The specialist will design HMI/SCADA screens to monitor alarms, trends, and control logic while preparing I/O lists, control panel layouts, and interface diagrams. These activities are critical for ensuring that automation systems operate efficiently and safely.
The role requires configuring PLC, RTU, and SCADA systems for various operations. For fuel storage tanks, this includes monitoring level, pressure, and temperature, integrating emergency shutdown systems, and automating ATG systems. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply for the SCADA Specialist role:

Experience: 4–6 years of practical experience in SCADA and PLC automation for industrial or EPCM projects is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, or Omron PLCs is essential. Knowledge of SCADA/HMI software such as Ignition, Wonderware, WinCC, or Citect is required.
