HiTech Machinery is a well-established industrial machinery company in Pakistan. We are expanding our team and looking to hire an experienced Screw Compressor Engineer in Lahore.
2. Job Description
The Screw Compressor Engineer will:
- Design and develop screw compressors (rotors, bearings, seals, lubrication systems)
- Analyze performance and run simulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve compressor issues
- Implement performance improvements and maintenance plans
- Work with other engineering and production teams
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and keep updated with industry trends
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced certifications are a plus)
- 5–10 years of experience in screw compressor design, operation, or maintenance
- Experience in HVAC, oil & gas, or chemical industry preferred
- Skills in compressor analysis software, vibration analysis, and thermodynamics
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
