Job Description
The role of Section Manager – Mechanical Maintenance involves overseeing all aspects of mechanical maintenance within the factory. The selected candidate will lead the maintenance department, ensure machinery reliability, and coordinate with operations to maintain smooth production flows.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations across the plant

Leading a team of technicians and engineers in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

Coordinating with production for equipment availability

Ensuring minimum downtime and optimal equipment performance

Maintaining safety and compliance standards across maintenance operations
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 15–20 years of relevant experience in the ceramics manufacturing industry

Preference: Candidates currently working in reputable ceramics factories in Pakistan

Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with ceramics machinery maintenance
Salary Package

SAR 18,000 – SAR 19,000 (Inclusive of Basic Salary, Housing, and Transportation)
