Job Description

The Senior Automation Engineer at Target Engineering will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that meet client and project specifications. This position demands a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

PLC Programming: Develop and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems, ensuring they operate effectively and reliably across various industrial processes.
SCADA Programming: Design and implement SCADA systems to monitor, control, and visualize plant operations, ensuring optimal system performance.
System Design: Prepare automation system designs, schematics, and technical documentation. This includes creating architecture diagrams, control logic, and interface layouts.
Assembly and Testing: Oversee the assembly of automation panels and systems, conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure performance accuracy before field deployment.
Field Installation and Commissioning: Lead on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation.
Project Leadership: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and quality requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Technical Skills:
