Job Description
The position of Senior Engineer – Electrical at Adroitix Engineering LLP is a leadership-focused technical role designed for professionals with strong hands-on experience in electrical system design. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading electrical engineering activities across multiple projects while ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
In this role, the Senior Electrical Engineer will manage the complete electrical design process, starting from understanding the project scope to delivering finalized construction-ready drawings. This includes power distribution systems, lighting design, fire alarm systems, security systems, and communication systems. The engineer will be expected to apply sound engineering judgment while balancing safety, performance, and cost considerations.
Client interaction is a critical part of this position. The Senior Engineer will participate in client meetings to gather inputs, clarify technical requirements, and understand project expectations in detail. These discussions form the foundation of the design strategy, and the engineer must translate client needs into clear, practical engineering solutions.
