2. Job Description
Peak Group LLC-FZ is looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to manage the day-to-day HR activities and contribute to building a structured, forward-thinking HR department. The position will be based in Tecom, Dubai, and is a full-time, on-site role.
In this role, you will be responsible for the core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will also support senior leadership in implementing strategies that foster an inclusive and goal-oriented workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and HR administration
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Monitor employee relations issues, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution efforts with a professional and balanced approach
- Work closely with managers and team leads to track employee performance, promotions, and professional development
- Stay informed about the latest labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices in the UAE
- Provide administrative support for payroll processes and employee benefits management
- Contribute to internal HR audits and support the HR Manager in documentation and compliance activities
- Organize training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement and team development
- Maintain a positive work environment and assist in implementing employee engagement programs
- Assist in recruitment planning, job postings, and interviewing candidates
- Help design and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks
- Manage HR software or internal systems to track leave, records, and employee evaluations
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information, and the capacity to communicate with employees at all levels.
3. Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate is expected to bring a combination of HR knowledge, experience working in the UAE market, and the ability to support a team with professionalism and integrity.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
- HR certifications such as CIPD, PHR, or SHRM will be considered a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in service provider firms, consultancies, or client-facing businesses
- Previous experience handling HR functions independently or supporting senior HR leadership in medium-sized teams
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and regulatory standards
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS or cloud-based HR systems
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees, resolve conflicts, and handle HR inquiries effectively
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously, from onboarding to compliance audits
- High sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
- Passion for team development, internal culture building, and continuous HR improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
