2. Job Description
Velosi is looking for a Senior Instrument Design Engineer to join their Lahore office. The role involves working on FEED and detailed engineering projects for the oil and gas sector. You’ll be responsible for reviewing P&IDs, developing instrument data sheets, guiding design work, and managing technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities include:

Reviewing P&IDs and preparing instrument indexes

Creating and reviewing data sheets, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules

Supporting and guiding designers on layout and routing

Developing DCS, ESD, and field instrument specifications

Participating in technical meetings and vendor document reviews

Preparing MRs (Material Requisitions) and PRs (Purchase Requisitions)
3. Eligibility Criteria
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
-
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector

Strong understanding of FEED and detailed engineering

Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel)
-
Previous experience in design and instrumentation is essential
