2. Job Description
This is a senior-level role that involves instrumentation and electrical design, troubleshooting, commissioning, and operational support in field environments. The selected candidate will manage the maintenance and technical operations related to DCS, PLCs, field instrumentation, and power systems. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and leadership ability to supervise an engineering team effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and configuration of Honeywell Experion & Emerson DeltaV DCS, and Allen Bradley PLCs
- Calibration and maintenance of flow computers, gas chromatographs, control valves, transmitters
- Designing instrument loops and developing technical documentation
- Leading E&I maintenance teams and managing daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with international safety and engineering standards
3. Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical, or Petrochemical industry
Skills Required:
- Hands-on expertise in DCS/PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Field instrumentation and calibration experience
- Knowledge of power generation systems, VFDs, transformers, and motors
- Proficiency with technical drawings (P&IDs, schematics, connection diagrams)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
