Job Description – Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment)
AVS is currently hiring for two important sales roles:
- Senior Sales Engineer – Electrical (for Lahore & Islamabad)
- Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment) (for Karachi)
These roles require driven professionals with strong technical sales expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and a keen ability to identify and convert opportunities in the industrial equipment sector.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing assigned territories independently, driving market share and volume growth, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement with industries, contractors, and engineering consultants. They will also play a key role in gathering market intelligence, evaluating competition, and providing valuable feedback to management for product and service enhancements.

Main Responsibilities
- Independently manage assigned sales territories.
- Drive market share growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage new customers for industrial equipment (generators, battery systems, light towers).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industries, contractors, and engineering consultants.
- Develop technical acumen and a sound understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
- Gather market intelligence and report insights, including recommendations for products, services, or pricing.
- Monitor competition activities and evaluate industry developments.
- Ensure all sales duties are performed in line with company standards.
- Strive to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Preference will be given to graduates in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment, with good product/application knowledge.
- Skills Required:
- Strong computing and reporting skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, eager to learn, and capable of leading by example.
