Job Description

Position Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad (Hybrid/On-site depending on project)

Systems Limited is seeking 30 dynamic Senior Software Engineers to join its rapidly growing software development division. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals passionate about creating high-performance, scalable applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Microservices Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using .NET Core.
Build modern, dynamic, and responsive user interfaces with React.js.
Architect, deploy, and optimize microservices for scalability, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including DevOps, QA, and Product Management — to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices.
Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and design patterns in modern software development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

Professional Requirements:

3–6 years of proven hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or Senior Developer.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Front-end frameworks.
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture, Message Queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or cloud-based deployments is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Knowledge of design patterns, OOP principles, and API integration.
