Job Description

The Senior Systems Analyst – IT at LOLC Microfinance Bank is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of digital banking solutions and ADC platforms. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis: Collect, document, and analyze business requirements for ADC and digital banking systems. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Solution Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deploy solutions that meet business needs. Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment of platforms including mobile banking, CRM, ATMs, and call center solutions.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in digital banking workflows. Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance customer experience.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, including Finance, Operations, and Risk, as well as external vendors, to ensure successful project execution. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Testing & Validation: Develop testing plans and supervise system validation to ensure solutions meet functional requirements, security standards, and compliance regulations.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), system manuals, project reports, and operational guides.
Project Management Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT projects related to ADC and digital banking systems. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance of deployed solutions, prepare regular reports for management, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), including call center solutions (Genesys), CRM platforms, ATMs (IRIS), mobile banking, and other digital banking technologies. Experience with core banking systems and project management is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, ADC technologies, and IT solution implementation. Proficiency in analyzing business processes, preparing functional specifications, and testing digital solutions.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and troubleshoot technical and process-related challenges.
Communication & Documentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare clear, concise business requirement documents, system manuals, and project reports.
