2. Job Description

The SAS Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining automation systems for electrical substations. The job involves working with HMI/SCADA platforms and protection relays from top vendors. Troubleshooting, system testing, and ensuring everything works according to industry protocols are key parts of the role.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining Substation Automation Systems

• Configuring HMI/SCADA interfaces and protection relays

• Working with systems from GE, Siemens, Schneider, SEL, and Hitachi

• Troubleshooting system faults and ensuring stable operations

• Supporting testing and commissioning tasks on site

3. Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years in substation automation systems

Skills:

• Familiarity with SCADA systems and relay configuration

• Experience with IEC 61850 and IEC 60870-5-101/104 protocols

• Hands-on knowledge of tools like IEC Tester and ASE2000

• Working knowledge of Zenon software

• Good problem-solving and technical communication skills
