2. Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Trainee who is eager to learn the full cycle of packaging supply chain operations. From procurement of raw materials to distribution of finished goods, this trainee role offers hands-on experience in real-world supply chain processes.
What You’ll Work On:
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Learn how raw materials like paperboard, plastic, and films are sourced
- Production & Planning: See how supply meets demand
- Inventory Control: Understand how to manage stock efficiently
- Logistics & Distribution: Help coordinate timely deliveries
- Data Analysis: Track costs, performance, and efficiency improvements
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field
- Interest in operations, efficiency, and hands-on learning
- Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills
- Clear communication skills for working with vendors, factories, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Interest in sustainable packaging and modern supply chain practices is a plus
