Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and selection process at Systems Limited Karachi. The role will involve learning key aspects of HR recruitment while actively contributing to the company’s hiring needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinating interviews with candidates and line managers.
Maintaining applicant tracking systems and ensuring accurate recruitment records.
Supporting the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Learning and applying modern recruitment practices in a tech-driven organization.
Collaborating with HR colleagues to enhance the overall hiring experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Fresh graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
