1. Team Leads – Telecom Projects
Job Description
The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising telecom site installations related to Wireless, Microwave (MW), Power, and Solar systems. The role includes coordinating field teams, managing site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards during project execution.
Team Leads must oversee daily operations, monitor progress against timelines, and ensure proper documentation and reporting. Strong coordination skills are essential to manage technicians, riggers, and support staff effectively.
The selected candidate will also ensure smooth communication between project management teams and field personnel, helping resolve technical issues and maintaining operational efficiency.
2. Riggers – Telecom Projects
Job Description
Riggers will be responsible for working at heights on telecom towers and handling installation and maintenance activities related to Wireless, MW, Power, and Solar systems.
The role involves climbing towers, installing equipment, handling cabling, and supporting microwave link installations. Strict adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in elevated environments.
Riggers will work closely with Team Leads and technical staff to ensure proper execution of telecom infrastructure projects across assigned regions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in telecom projects.
- Strong knowledge of Wireless, Microwave (MW), Power, and Solar installations.
- Ability to work at heights (mandatory for Riggers).
- Leadership and site coordination skills (for Team Leads).
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (North, Central & South).
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with telecom towers and site installations.
- Understanding of power systems, solar panels, and MW links.
- Good troubleshooting and fault diagnostic skills.
- Ability to maintain documentation and reporting records.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
