2. Job Descriptions – Available Positions (1000 words)
Utopia Industries is currently hiring for the following roles. Each position plays a critical part in sustaining the company’s commitment to product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
1. Assistant Manager – Offset Printing
This role involves leading the offset printing section, ensuring smooth operations, managing machine schedules, troubleshooting print issues, and implementing process improvements. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the production team to maintain quality output and efficient turnaround times.
2. Executive – Offset Printing
This position supports daily printing operations, ensuring timely job execution and adherence to quality standards. Candidates will coordinate with design and pre-press teams, manage print runs, and help maintain inventory and print documentation.
3. Senior Executive – Mechanical Maintenance (x2)
Responsible for machine upkeep in the production department, this role includes preventive maintenance, machine repair, and root cause analysis of technical breakdowns. Strong experience with textile machinery or general industrial equipment is essential.
4. Executive – Industrial Engineering (x2)
The industrial engineering role focuses on process analysis and optimization. Responsibilities include conducting time-motion studies, improving workflow, enhancing efficiency, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and costs.
5. Senior Executive – Quality Management System (QMS)
This role involves managing quality systems, internal audits, and compliance with ISO and other regulatory frameworks. The selected candidate will work with cross-functional teams to implement SOPs, monitor process consistency, and ensure continuous improvement.
6. Senior Executive – Quality Control (Weaving)
This position is responsible for monitoring quality during the weaving process. The job requires conducting inspections, identifying defects, reporting non-conformities, and ensuring the output meets company and client standards.
7. Executive – Quality Control (Pillow)
This position entails overseeing quality at different stages of pillow production. Duties include quality checks during stuffing, stitching, and finishing, as well as defect reporting and compliance with customer specifications.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in offset printing
- Hands-on experience with large-format printing machinery
- Strong leadership and process control skills
Executive – Offset Printing
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Printing Technology
- 1-3 years of operational experience in a print production environment
Senior Executive – Mechanical Maintenance
- B.E./DAE in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance of textile or industrial machinery
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning
Executive – Industrial Engineering
- B.Sc. in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- 1-3 years’ experience in process optimization or production planning
- Understanding of lean practices and time-motion analysis
Senior Executive – QMS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing QMS/ISO standards
- Internal auditor certification preferred
Senior Executive – Quality Control (Weaving)
- B.Sc. Textile or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in weaving QA
- Familiarity with woven fabric inspection criteria
Executive – Quality Control (Pillow)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in textile/production
- 1-3 years of experience in pillow or cushion production QA
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
4. Location
All positions are based at Utopia Industries’ production facilities in Pakistan. Specific department allocations and site assignments will be discussed during the interview process.
