Job Description
OES Pakistan is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support its solar energy business. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding technical requirements, providing solar solutions, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with clients to understand their energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and quotations for prospective clients.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal solar system designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet technical and regulatory standards.
- Track sales leads, follow up with clients, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during project implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging solar technologies to provide strategic input.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in solar sales or technical sales.
