Job Description
Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited is seeking dedicated and skilled DAE/B.Tech Mechanical professionals to join our Production & Maintenance team. The selected candidates will play a vital role in ensuring smooth plant operations and efficient upkeep of mechanical systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitoring machine performance and coordinating with the team for improvements.
- Implementing standard operating procedures for maintenance and production support.
- Working closely with plant management to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintaining compliance with safety protocols during all operations.
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule as per operational requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: DAE (Mechanical) or B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience: Hands-on experience in production and industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Background in building materials, tiles, or ceramics industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
