Job Description

The Trade Apprenticeship Training Program 2026-27 by HUBCO HUB Power Services Ltd is a two-year technical training opportunity designed for young diploma holders who want to begin their careers in the power and energy sector. The program offers limited seats and follows a structured training model that combines theoretical education with practical, on-ground experience at the Thar Block-II power facilities.

During the apprenticeship, selected candidates will receive training in areas related to their disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Chemistry. Apprentices will have the chance to learn from qualified engineers, plant technicians, and senior operational staff who guide trainees throughout their learning journey.

All training takes place onsite, allowing apprentices to gain exposure to real industrial systems, equipment, operational procedures, and maintenance activities. From understanding power plant safety to maintaining machinery, handling technical documentation, and participating in day-to-day operational tasks, apprentices develop practical knowledge that is critical to long-term career growth.

The program also includes classroom sessions, assessments, technical workshops, and performance evaluations. Apprentices will be required to follow plant safety rules, participate in learning assignments, and complete training modules as designed by the company. At the end of the program, those who successfully complete their training will receive an official Certificate, helping them qualify for technical positions in the power and industrial sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in any of the following disciplines:

  • Must be a domicile holder of Tharparkar, Umerkot, Mirpur Khas, or nearby adjoining areas
  • Applicants must provide DAE completion certificates along with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year mark sheets
  • Three recent passport-size photographs are required
  • Seats are limited and selection is based on merit
