Job Description

Grit, the transformer manufacturing division of Albario Engineering, is seeking Trainee Electrical Engineers and Diploma Holders for its Electrical Lab and Testing department in Lahore. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to gain practical exposure to electrical testing, transformer manufacturing, and industrial operations.

Selected candidates will be responsible for assisting senior engineers in testing and validating electrical equipment, including transformers and related components. Responsibilities include performing standard electrical tests, recording results, preparing technical documentation, and supporting the calibration and maintenance of lab instruments. Trainees will learn to work with electrical measurement equipment, test circuits, and perform analysis under supervision.

Engineers will also assist in quality control and process monitoring, ensuring that all electrical products meet specified standards.
