Job Description – Trainee Engineer (Chemical)

The role of a Trainee Engineer (Chemical) at Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on exposure to plant operations, chemical processes, and safety practices. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and technical teams at the Karachi Port Qasim Plant, gaining practical knowledge of industrial processes and learning to apply academic concepts in real-world scenarios.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in chemical process monitoring, optimization, and control.
Supporting production teams in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
Participating in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Learning about plant operations, safety compliance, and environmental practices.
Preparing technical reports and assisting in documentation as required.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance process performance.
