Job Description
IFL is hiring Trainee Engineers to be part of its plant site in Shahkot, Faisalabad. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are looking to start their career in a structured and growth-focused environment.
The selected candidates will undergo one year of training through classroom sessions and hands-on work at the plant, learning from experienced professionals in a cutting-edge facility.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
Education:

BSc/BS in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

BSc in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics (up to 10% of selected candidates may come from this background).
